Hey 👋🏽 happy Sunday.
Can you believe we’re already on issue 7? Not so many year ago, if I wanted to send a weekly letter to 200 people it would be close to impossible if I wasn’t born into money or ran a sizeable company. Now for only R80 I can do just that — how lucky is that?

This week’s issue seeks to explore those questions with 1 story, 1 quote and 1 video — enjoy!

Quote of the week
“Opportunity dances with those already on the dance floor.” — H. Jackson Brown, Jr
Jack Brown is the same author that jotted down a list of fatherly advice for his son, Adam, as he left home to begin a new life as a college freshman. That list became Life’s Little Instruction Book, the phenomenal guide that has sold more than five million copies.

The Success Paradox, by Derek Muller
Australian YouTuber, Derek Muller is better known for his masterful and entertaining Physics and Chemistry explainer videos. This time he points his story telling and research skills towards defining success. This will likely be the best video you watch this week.
